All bedrooms have en suites or a private shower room and residents have full access to the shared kitchen and lounge. The kitchen has all appliances - including a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble drier. The house is fully furnished and all bedding and towels are provided.
Kitchen and Lounge
A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances - double oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, drier, microwave, kettle and toaster. Each guest has their own cupboard and area in the fridge. Our housekeeper visits weekly to ensure the kitchen stays clean and tidy.
We also have a lounge with sofas and dining table and TV for guest use.
From £225 week for a single room with private bathroom, £275 - £310 week for an en suite
Studio Apartment
We have an independent studio with its own entrance. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and washing machine. The accommodation is fully furnished and all bed linen and towels are provided.

From £420 week all inclusive of bills, wifi, housekeeping
Weekly housekeeper visits
The apartment is at the rear of the house over looking the garden with its own entrance. There is an iron and ironing board, a TV, a hairdrier and wifi and all bills are included in the price.
The location is very close to the Bio Medical Campus on the Addenbrookes site, to Babraham and the Bell Language school as well as having good links to the centre
